Ok i went back to NCC yesterday. Our school needs a change liao. The slacking must be ended to break the vicious cycle... The teacher officers are requesting this and seriously just in time. last year we wanted to make it serious and becos of not getting any help from the teacher officer and the main fault lies with us...
It is gonna be difficult to do that but we must try our best... standard going down, respect is lowering and also discipline is no where...
Unless the cadet officer can come to an agreement to stop all the joking and everyone reminds each other to be serious it is IMPOSSIBLE to do that...
But how do we balance between discipline and fun so that cadets are willing to or even will come? so many unknown... we have to try our best.
